Jimmy with Fen; they had their first litter of pups on December 2, 2003.

Jimmy and Fen had four bitches and one dog pup in their first litter. The third puppy from left, a female named Shadow, went to Hoo Farm Animal Kingdom in Telford Shropshire. The puppy on the far right is Blue, a tri-merle. Of the remaining three puppies, the two females went to a blacksmith's family in Cheshire, England. The male, named Skip, went to a shepherd down in Basingstoke, Southern England.

Here is a close-up view of Snip, the only dog pup from our first Fen-Jimmy litter.

Blue in July of 2004 at Hoo Farm; she was keen to work the sheep. More about that day can be learned when viewing the "Training" page.

The second litter was born February 5, 2005. Left to right, is Rob Roy, Smiths' Ben and Smiths' Teddy. Ben and Teddy were almost identical in markings, but Teddy was a much larger puppy with a heavier coat. He was the first to go. He went to a traditional hill farm in Snowdonia, North Wales, where he will be working sheep (around Spring of 2006).

Smiths Rob Roy was about seven weeks old in this picture. He went to live on a dairy farm in Scotland, where he will mainly be working cattle.

Smiths Sky was a tri-merle male pup that Richard sold to a couple in Shropshire that fell in love with him.

Carol bred Sky to her working Beardie named Deerfold Nell. He produced a bitch puppy born on April 10, 2009 that has his exact colouring.

Another picture of Sky's puppy (seen above) that resembles him.

Gordon Moir of Scotland bred his bitch, Bonnie, to Sky, who is on the right side of this picture. This breeding produced an all merle litter. This may have occured because Bonnie's dam, Katie, was also a merle. Katie was owned by M. Fraser of Stonehaven in Scotland. Bonnie's sire was Hamish. Dopach was owned by D. Clerk of Meigle. The picture was taken in November of 2008.

In this image, Bonnie on the left is next to her sire, Dopach. The picture was taken in June of 2008.

Gordon shared a picture of Bonnie with sheep.

Susie, seen here at eight weeks, was the merle puppy that Gordon kept from the Bonnie and Sky litter.
